The new and improved iPerfumer2 app from Givaudan is now available for the iPhone. The improved usability and search facilities of iPerfumer2 have been inspired by the comments and suggestions of the iPerfumer community, and aim to provide a perfect pocket guide to fragrance, according to the company.

“Apps are a growing way that we access information today. The response to iPerfumer was great last year and we hope that this latest version will be easier to use and even more informative. Perfume is our world, and one that we are passionate about sharing with people everywhere,” said Felix Mayr-Harting, Givaudan Global Head of Fine Fragrance.

The new app gives users a more in depth analysis on their profile to find the most recommended perfumes. iPerfumer2’s key elements:

• Search for fragrances more easily; by name, brand or fragrance notes

• Multiple profiles

• Improved recommendation engine
